2 Months

Elliot is now two months old. She smiles, cooes, and even recognizes our voices!! She has outgrown her newborn clothes and has moved on to the 0-3 month size. She continues to sleep great at night and her parents are very thankful for that. Yes, she does cry and usually that means she is hungry, though she is getting more sensitive to a dirty diaper. The doctor gives you stats at the appointment and we think it is mainly to make the parents worried. Elliot is in the 90% for height, 25% for weight, and 25% for head size. The doctor did confirm that those stats don't mean anything about her future development (ie, she may not be tall)

Jennifer and Elliot have been going out almost daily to run errands, visit friends/relatives, mommy/me classes, etc. It is so wonderful to get out of the house and do things with Elliot. This past weekend we met up with the Masso's at the Arboretum. We took some Central Market sushi, a picnic blanket and found a quiet spot in the shade away from most of the crowd. Eric got himself a new camera for his early birthday present and has been taking even more pictures (if that is possible).






We went to Tina and Bob's Sunday night and had a great meal and had the chance to visit with Elliot's tios de la ciudad de Mexico. As you can see from the picture below with Aunt Tina, Elliot is already silly.
