Day 2

It is Day 2 and we have more exciting details of her life to share. We had a visit from the pediatrician who is pleased with how healthy Elliot is. She passed her hearing test with flying colors and favors her right ear, which we thinks means she will hold her cell phone to her right ear. Will she even have a cell phone when she turns 21 and gets a phone and starts dating boys? She won't have to wait 21 years for her first manicure, because daddy gave it to her tonight. Her nails were really long at birth and we don't want her scratching her face.

She got a visit from her Aunt Tina and Uncle Bob today which was very special. Pictures courtesy of Abuela because Eric had to run home. He didn't pack any pants and only 1 shirt and so he went home to get some clean clothes. Luckily babies smell really good so he didn't get too stinky.

Mimi was also in town and brought a blanket she quilted for Elliot. It is really warm and Elliot enjoyed being wrapped up in it.


Last night, Colette drove all the way to visit and spend some quality time with Elliot. Credit Abuela with another great picture.


Aunt Christine came tonight and held Elliot for a while and gave mom and dad a break. A baby gets heavy after a while.
